TRACK
The track is an artificial refrigerated indoor
ice surface with the measures 60x30 meters, protective padding will cover
the boards in accordance with Rule 280, paragraph 5, ISU Communication
1090. The standard track 111,12 meters to the lap with measured curves
of 8,50 meters and there will be 7 markers used to establish the curve.
The length of the straight is 28,85m. Besides the original track there
will be 4 tracks set up to preserve good ice conditions. For all tracks
one finish line will be used.
GENERAL REGULATIONS
The competition will be held under the rules of
I.S.U. concerning the paragraphs for Short Track Speed Skating.
The organizers reserve the right to change the
programme due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Organizing Committee will be make hotel reservations
on request if indicated on the preliminary entry by October 10th, 2000.
Transportation from Milan (Linate or Malpensa)
airports to Bormio and back can be pre-arranged. The cost of the round-trip
is Lit. 800.000 for a max. 8 passengers for each minibus.
ENTRIES
Preliminary entries, with provisional
names, if possible, must reach the Organizing Committee by
October 10th, 2000 at the latest and should contain
the following informations:
Name of ISU Member or Club making the entry.
Number of competitors.
Itinerary.
Final entries must reach the Organizing Committee by October 25th, 2000 at the latest and must contain the following informations:
Name of ISU Member or Club making the entry.
Surname, name, sex of the competitors and
accompanying officials.
Travel details (date, place, flight number,
airport and time of arrival and departure).
ENTRY FEE Lit. 5.000 per athlete
TRAINING
On request the Organizer provides ice training
for three or more days before the competition at the cost of Lit. 144.000,
taxes included, per hour.
LIABILITY
The Organizing Committee declines all responsibility
for any loss or damage on person or equipment before, during or after
the competition. The competitors are requested to cover insurance themselves.
